Hi Thomas: You mowed the lawn front and back, but you did not do the little pruning of several shrubs that I told you about, nor did you blown off the petals at the back yard. I also do not know if you have re-set the sprinklers to be on every 3rd day. Please let me know if you have reset the sprinklers and when would it be on , the azalea shrubs at front look very dry.

There seems to be a misunderstanding We never received any calls to our receptionist nor has our Pros on field... After further investigation of the situation David, we usually charge extra to pick up dog poo... The first time was on us you didn't know! The second time we did it without charging you!
