We have a small front yard that has become a bit over grown and it is our primary concern. Later we are interested in our small side yard as well (through the back gate) and trimming of a short hedge of bushes on the front/side of the house.

No outside pets

2 grass areas directly in front of house and east-front of house, not main front section, not front side walk section, and not west-front section. Also, mow back yard which is newly installed sod 1+ weeks old. Blade set at mid-high to avoid sprinklers.
