The lawn is tall. I am charged but nobody showed up on June 26th. I got one email on June 29th telling me that the service was late. Then all in a sudden I got charge today. And the bush is not always trimmed. I am not happy about the service. I am asking for a refund for the no-show up service!

This Pro's Story
A civil engineer by trade, David Caro, decided to go into landscaping. After partnering with a friend for a few years, they decided to part ways and with a little help from his family, David officially started TexLawns in 2007. Instead of focusing on the commercial properties like he did before, David has switched his focus over to residential.
Originally from Alabama, David moved to Houston and has lived in the area for over 10 years. "The weather and the people are what keep me here," Caro laughs. "Also, my family is close and I love working with the community."
TexLawns services most of Fort County but specifically cuts grass in Katy, Texas, west Houston, Richmond, Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek, Clodine, Aliana, Pecan Grove, Cumings, Rosenburg, and also mows yards in Sugar Land, Texas.
Caro and his 2 full-time crews have over 180 recurring homeowners and service multiple storage centers and industrial offices in the Katy and Richmond areas.
When asked what has led to Caro's growth and success, David exclaims, "Our Customer support." He goes on to add, "We are very knowledgeable when it comes to the lawn care industry and we use that knowledge and experience to help our customer's lawn grow green and thick. We also pride ourselves on doing great work and we will never leave a customer's property until they are satisfied with the work we have performed."
TexLawns is not just your standard landscaping company--they are your go-to when it comes to anything outside the home. They also offer lawn fertilization and weed control, fungus and insect control, shrub and bush trimming, low level tree trimming, full landscaping--including flowers and plant installation, mulching, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and sprinkler system installation and repair.
David's love for being outdoors and being his own boss is what drove him into this industry. "I get to be outside every day and meet new people every day," Caro explains. "I also love getting my hands dirty and solving problems associated with lawn care."
When he is not out running his lawn empire, he loves spending time with his family especially his 13 year old son. They love to go fishing, go-cart racing, and building model cars together. His parents also live in the Houston, Texas area.
Caro enjoys grabbing a quick bite to eat at Ghengis Grill, Jersey Mike's, or Ritter's Custard on N Fry Road in Katy, Texas.
