Tex Lawns

Back yard small with gate access. Not much grass but possible leaves or other tree shedding. Big deck. Want the leaves and stuff picked up and bagged and not blown into flower beds. Front yard has two trees and some small plants planted around my patio

Looking for someone who can cut consistently, with a good eye for detail (edging, trimming). Trying to find a reliable lawn and yard service for the next 3 years. Need my yard to be maintained ~ cutting, weeding, trimming, mulched.

Only need the front yard mowed, some branches to be picked up. Should be pretty straight forward.

I need front yard and back yard. Back yard has a pool and garden, so this area is small. Yard needs edging and some clean-up of leaves in the beds in the front yard. No need to weed. I will do the weeding in the beds.

Lot size is 0.3 acres

We sometimes have a padlock on the gate, but we'll leave it unlocked on Fridays. Crew needs to twist and unhook lock for access.

Please mow lawn in front, on sides, and in back yard including behind garage. Trim weeds from areas on south side of house near pool equipment.

Mulch, and 2 trees shrub pruning on initial visit. Mowing considered later.

Small 2 bedroom house with small yard and small back yard

Fence with gate to backyard. Please edge and use a mulching mower or bag grass. Every 2 weeks now and weekly during growing season

6 foot tall fence with lock. It is a house on a curb and would need both the front and back mowed.
