Luis Barcenas has always taken pride in landscaping. Having worked for several large landscaping companies in the Houston area, Luis knew at some point that he wanted to start his own business one day. After saving up for 3 years for his own equipment, Luis was finally able to purchase a zero turn mower, a trailer, a blower, and a weed eater. Thus, officially starting Luis Professional Lawn Care. "This was a dream come true for me to start my own business," Barcenas says. "I love being able to do what I love every single day."

Originally from Mexico, Luis has been in Texas for over 15 years and has called Houston, Texas, home for over 10 years. "My family and I love servicing the area and look forward to helping as many homeowners as we can," Luis explains.

Luis and his crew service most of Houston but also cuts grass in Sugar Land, Texas, but also services Meadows Place, Mission Bend, Bellaire, Westbury, and even mows lawns in Missouri City, Texas.

Luis' Professional Lawn Care has grown to over 100 homeowners and also services a few residential properties in the Houston metro area. When asked what has led to his growth, Luis explains they take pride in all of their work. "We treat every lawn like it’s the first time that it's been mowed by us and that we are trying to win the business," Barcenas boasts. He goes on to explain, "My crew and I are very detail oriented and will go to great lengths to make all of our customers happy. When we can, we will make sure to walk the property with the homeowner to make sure that we performed what they wanted how they wanted."

Not only is Luis Professional Lawn Care your go-to when it comes to regular lawn mowing, but they also will handle your mulching, shrub and bush trimming, aerating, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, low level tree trimming, weed removal, cleanouts, and planting. "We can handle most jobs outside of the house and love making homeowners houses look better," Luis announces. "When a homeowner thinks about any outside chore, we want them to think of us."

Luis love for being outside and his love for working with his hands is what drew him to this industry. "I love the weather in Houston and really enjoy seeing a finished product when it comes to people's lawns," Luis passionately explains. "Seeing a homeowner satisfied with something that I created is what keeps me going."

When Luis is not out keeping his customers happy, he loves spending time with his family. "My family is the most important part of my life so any extra few minutes I get, I want to spend it them," Barcenas says.
