Eli landscaping was founded by Ms Perez and her partner Mr Ortiz. Perez had always worked with her family doing landscaping and decided that she wanted to take her turn at being an entrepreneur. So with money that she & he had saved, they bought themselves a truck, trailer, a ZTR, a couple of weed eaters, and a blower. Ms Pérez and her partner havent looked back since. They are now running two crews and has happy homeowners all over the Fort Bend County area.

A native Texan, Lisa now call Missouri City home. "The community here is great and we love being able to grow our business here," Perez explains. "We love the weather and helping our customer's with their landscaping needs."

Eli Landscaping services mainly the south western part of Houston but specifically mows grass in Missouri City, Texas, Almeda, Arcola, Juliff, Sienna Plantation, Thompsons, Booth, Whaley Corner, Greatwood, Crabb, Meadows Place, Richmond, and even cuts lawns in Sugar Land, Texas.

Lisa and her crew have amassed over 75 recurring customers and also some commercial properties including some office buildings and industrial properties in the area.

When asked what has been the key to her success, Lisa responded, "Our quality of work." She goes on to add, "We only mow a certain amount of customers per day so we can take our time on all of the lawns we have. We also make sure that every one of our customers is happy with the job we do each and every time we perform the service. Clear communication with the homeowner is also a huge factor on how we keep them happy."

Other than your regular landscaping needs, Lisa and her crew can also handle your mulch, low level tree trimming, aeration, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, planting, landscape design, shrub and bush trimming, and other outdoor household chores.

Lisa describes her ability and enjoyment of working with her hands as why she continues in this industry. "Literally, my landscaping changes every day with every customer I see and I also get to have my designs come to life at my customers' properties," Lisa boasts. "It is something I enjoy doing and don’t see myself doing anything else."

When Lisa gets a break from running the day-to-day business, she relaxes by spending time with her family. "This has always been and will continue to be a family run operation," she explains. "We get to spend time together and we love being able to grow our business with our family."
