Yard work was fine. Terrible communication and scheduling. Scheduled for a Monday. They missed the appointment day, even with the +/- 1 day window given. Tuesday I texted (as requested) if they'd be coming out that day, but never replied. Wednesday morning I still hadn't received any update. So I texted again that morning and finally got a response. I asked the time they thought they'd get there, so my wife could make sure the dog wasn't out back. Said he'd be there at noon and he'd give me a 30 minute heads up so she can get the dog up. Didn't show up at noon and asked for an update. Then it went to 2:30. They didn't actually show up until 3. To their credit though my wife said they were quick and the yard looks pretty good. Just good luck with getting them to stick to their schedule.
