This Pro's Story
In 2007, Roger Facundo started working in the landscaping industry as a foreman for one of the largest landscaping companies in Houston, TX. Through his 10 year career there, he picked up all of the knowledge he needed to start his own landscaping company. So in 2016, Roger Services was born. "I knew that I always wanted to start my own business in the landscaping business but knew I needed to learn as much as I could before doing so," Facundo explained.
Roger has lived in Houston, Texas his entire life and doesn’t plan on going anywhere. "Houston is growing so much and landscaping provides me an adventure every day," he says. "I never get bored and I am challenged every day."
Roger Services mainly services the Houston area and within the Sam Houston Parkway loop but specifically cuts grass in Pasadena, Texas, Galena Park, Cloverleaf, Edgebrook, Sunnyside, Almeda, Bellaire, Channelview, and mows lawns in Missouri City, Tx.
Facundo has grown his company to over 50 recurring homeowners and also handle various commercial properties including car dealerships, restaurants, and office buildings within the Houston metro.
Roger is very meticulous in nature and that is what he credits for his success. "I will never leave a lawn unaccounted for," he boasts. "I pay attention to every detail and I will not leave any property unless I think it's been serviced to the best of my ability. Taking a few minutes to walk the property after you have finished will ensure that nothing is left undone."
Roger Services is not only your go-to when it comes to regular lawn maintenance but they also perform tree trimming, stump removal, landscape design, shrub and bush trimming, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, and mulching.
What has kept Roger in this business so long is his love for being outside and meeting new people. "The Houston weather can get a little hot but it's great to be outside every day and meet all of my customers," Roger says. "Some customers have even turned into good friends of mine and have referred me to other neighbors and friends of theirs."
When Roger is not out running around in Houston, he loves BBQing and spending time with his mom. He also loves to frequent Outback Steakhouse on Westheimer Road.
Roger was a graduate of Sam Houston High School on Irvington Boulevard.

5 years. I was a crew leader at my old landscaping company I worked for.
