This is the 2 and time they have canceled the game grass cutting. The first time they asked to move the day due to rain and we said yes. Then they canceled the makeup day. I asked if they would reschedule again and they never responded. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that something was going on in their life that prevented them from cutting the grass and that it would be done this week. Then they canceled without a reason. I picked them because of their reliability rating and job satisfaction rating but will now need to find someone new.
