House sets on .50 acres and the back yard is fenced in aprox 295 linear feet. There are two 4’ walk gates and a 8’ drive gate. The back yard also has an above ground pool shed and hot tub. A significant portion of the backyard (roughly half) is now landscaped with edging and rock.
