Eduardo Chavez has been in the landscaping industry most of his adult life. After learning the business by working for many larger companies, he decided to start Chavez Lawn Care in 2006. "I knew that I wanted to work for myself so I just kept working and saved my money so I could buy my own equipment," Chavez says. "When the time was right, I bought a trailer, ZTR, a few weed eaters, and a blower."

The Michoacán, Mexica native has lived in Plant City for over 16 years now. "Plant City, Florida, has been great to me and my family," Eduardo explains. "We have found a great place to raise our family."

Eduardo and his crew service most of Hillsborough County including Plant City, Valrico, Dover, Riverview, and even mow laws in Lakeland. They also cut grass in Brandon and will service east Tampa. Walden Lake in Plant City and Rivers Hills in Valrico are two of the neighborhoods that recommend Chavez Lawn Care to their residents.

Chavez has grown his customer base to over 75 homeowners and looks to add many more. He describes his attention to detail as his honest fair pricing as the reasoning he has been so successful in the area. "I love seeing the finished product and being proud of my work." Chavez boasts. "We never cut any corners and make sure that every homeowner is happy before we charge them for any service."

Services other than your regular lawn mowing can be handled by Eduardo. They also specialize in mulching, sodding, shrub and bush trimming, low level tree trimming, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, irrigation, fertilization, and weed killing. Sounds like they can pretty much handle any and all of your landscaping needs.

Being in this industry means being able to be outside and see new places and meet different people. These are all things that Eduardo loves doing. "I enjoy meeting all of my customers and being able to see the many areas of Florida," Chavez replies. "I love being able to be creative with new plants and seeing that creativity come to life."

Spending time with his family is his greatest past time. He enjoys watching movies with his wife and his 3 children. They love visiting Strawberry Park in Plant City. He also loves taking his family to his favorite restaurant, Tapatios in Lakeland.
