Fresh Yard

Yard isn't big. No animals. There is is a small branch down in the back yard behind the gate entrance. you'll have to weed eat around it and enter on the right as most of the fence is gone from the multiple hurricanes. My husband and son are disabled and i work and unable to care for the yard.

We do have a fence and a trampoline out back

We own the whole property and gras is the whole perimeter. Please do not cut lemon tree or plumeria tree (in yard) or hibiscus (in flower bed) down. They are short and small and hard to see.

Just need something inexpensive as my mother is on a fixed budget. Looking for every 2 weeks during the summer and once per month during the winter. We will pay immediately after service.

There is a temporary fence in back to keep the ducks in there however there will be a permanent fence in the future. Please be careful when trimming and mowing around all of the plant pots and plants.

This home is a duplex. So I just wanna make sure that when you look at it using Google maps, you realize it’s the right hand side of the house that is mine. The left-hand side is somebody else’s and should not be considered when pricing. Right side only

The backyard, the ac unit was placed right by the gate, so the backyard would need to be mowed with a small mower

During rainy season every 2 weeks. Non rainy season once a month. If need in between will notify.
