*Gate opens in the left side of the house. My dog is inside but goes out on back yard occasionally.

There is a fence but I will be home to help.

Nautica gated community - go thru front entrance security guard - ask for carmen rodrigues to get entrance. Text me (linda negron-owner of home) approximately when you expect to arrive so that i can meet you there for the first cut so i can show you best access to rear of townhouse.

The front yard is all concrete. Only the backyard and one side of the backyard needs to be out. I have not had the grass cut in about a month.

make sure all grass clippings are picked up and removed after mowing. Thank you

The backyard is covered almost entirely by astro turf, but there are weeds beginning to poke through. I would like the weeds to be treated to stop growing through. The edges of the astroturf also are starting to really get weedy.
