Although we are new to GreenPal, we are not new to the business. We have been open for business for just over 30 years now. We moved here to Cape Coral 4 years ago. We decided to expand our business from the Atlanta, Ga. area to Lee County, Fl. because this is where we would eventually like to retire as well as have our children also be able to be close to us with the grandkids since they will be running the business one day. We love to make our customers properties stand out from all the others! We take great pride in making sure you have the best looking lawn on your block! Other Side Lawn Care, LLC proudly takes care of apartments, office buildings, rental properties, houses for sale, hud homes, and home owners associations in the Cape Coral, FL area.. We’ve built a relationship of dependability and great service. We do work for home builders, home owners associations, real estate agents, property managers, condo associations, apartment complexes, and restaurants, just to name a few. Whether it is a one time clean up, taking care of several yards only until they sell, or mowing on a regular basis, we can get your property to have that curb appeal that is so important! We do packages for basic lawn care starting at $75.00 and up per month depending what you would want included. We cut weekly in the spring & summer then switch to bi weekly in fall & winter. We would be happy to come and take a look so we can meet or we can just drive by and get something back to you for an exact price. How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

30 yrs. After I finished school I noticed a void of high-quality landscapers in the Long Island NY area and a lot of shoddy work being installed on high-end homes in the area. So I founded Other Side Lawn & Pool Care, LLC. with the intentions of only designing and building with the absolute best quality craftsmanship, while offering concise customer service, and doing so at an honest and fair price.

How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

Our work stands out from other lawn services because we really care about what we do! We take pride in the end result that we are giving to our customers. We do this over and over to make sure our customers are always satisfied.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

When talking with us or any provider ask questions! Make sure to tell the provider what you are looking for and ask them for their suggestions and really listen to the answers they give before you make your decision.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

I really enjoy being able to make someone happy when they see the work that we give them. I know we have truly made a difference for them when they walk out to see their property and I see the look on their faces. That makes it all worth doing!

What areas do you mainly service?

We service all of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers.
