Front and back yards

Front and back lawn there are a lot of wood in the far back corner that will just need to be worked around.

Not sure a full ride mower can fit in backyard through gate.

Narrow path from front yard to back yard due to neighbors fence. My back yard is my biggest problem. If the price is reasonable I'm looking for most likely a bi-weekly cut. I think after the first cut it will be a quick and easy job.

Back yard is overgrown right now, my previous lawn guy is not reliable. Have only a standard gate to back yard. Not looking for anything special just cutting the main part of the back yard and the front.

The yard is about 1 acre total.

This is a vacant lot on the corner of Ruby Ave and McAllister Ave. It is right next door to 856 Ruby Ave. I would like to have the lawn here mowed and weeds removed every 2-3 weeks.
