Taylor did an amazing job. 👏 Great customer service, answered my text asking for a quote within minutes, put me on his schedule and was super efficient. - The best part of it all, he had genuine, knowledgeable suggestions for different ways to improve our yards sustainability, create beautiful beds with new mulch (it didnt feel pushy,arogant or like he just wanted to take our money) He really had a passion for the shape, of our small trees and bushes, keeping them clean cut, without patchy holes, cutting in a way that would make them full and liven up. We have learned so much, we THOUGHT we knew what we wanted and expected but (for example to his character) we asked if he could go a little shorter on the shrubs, he said he would be happy to do whatever we truly wanted but showed us that through our own neglect (my words, not his) there were HOLES in the bushes if he went shorter, something we didn't know could happen by leaving then over grown. By cutting the bushes the way he did, it would give those holes the opportunity to fill in and if we were willing to wait for that to happen..he could in turn, cut them shorter in the future. He genuinely cared and didn't just do what we said right away to hurry and make some money. He wasn't rude or frustrated but professional and humble. Taylor is definitly worth more then he charges, you can't find people with his work ethic in his generation anymore. Very pleased and I pray he is blessed by an abundance of clients to nurture his business and precious little family.
