Really small front yard, with three shrubs to mow around, and a small strip on the side of the driveway that also needs to be cut. Smallish back yard with garden beds that mowing needsu to be navigated around

One side gate

Corner lot so has front, side and back yard.

Been a few weeks since I’ve mowed, the front isn’t bad but the back has grown pretty high. Been out of town and long hours at work. Would like the lawn cut then hopefully keep a recurring lawn mowing schedule!

More dirt than grass, need the front and side done only. Thank you 😊

There is a locked gate to enter the property, I will need notification one (1) day prior to service.

One side gate

Fence opens on the right side to get to the backyard, in case I’m not home. And the cat is usually inside during the day.

It is a 1/3 acre yard. I prefer someone with a tractor mower. The area is gated but not locked to the front or back. It is an airbnb property and there are cameras around it. There will be guests staying depending on the day.
