Corner lot, no fence, hardly any trees. Super easy to cut, but it is a decent sized yard. Just a decent cut and weed eat and I’m happy.

There is a cable ran around the property waiting to be buried. Other than that everything should be fine.

Empty lot, would prefer just mow when needed as it is for sale. May also need 1712 done next door but not sure.

"Flower beds" are NOT planted. I need them cleaned out also, for spring planting.

The lawn is shaped like a pizza slice, ending along the drainage ditch in back and going in a line to the partial fence near patio. Lines are pretty simple to see. If we like the results and price, we'll continue with service. Please DON'T knock at door!
