I am trying to get youngsters some work closer to them. They have a troubled past, foster care, parents in jail, or various other reasons. By teaching them they can make a difference and change it.

The satisfaction of a job well done. I love driving past a new yard and saying, "hey that yard looks great!," then realizing it was my newest yard family. Plus the competition between lawn care companies, and how most will be head butting competition, but still help one another at a rain drop, or storm coming.
