They never showed up for about 2 weeks and never even contacted me as to why.
Left me hanging e.g. never showed up and won't respond to calls or texts
Came out once. Seemed like a nice enough person. Acted like lawncare wasn't his primary focus vs handyman services, etc. Never showed up for subsequent scheduled lawncare maintenance and won't return my calls or reply to my text. It's interesting because I found a very similar review posted a few months ago on one of the other review sites. At the time, I thought it was a one-off, guess not.
