I just need the back yard mowed not the front. I do have a garden and some trees that I just planted that are little and I don't want mowed down so I can steak those if needed. My back yard is approximately 1/2 an acre I would guess.

There is a storm water swale in the back but it didn't cause any issue for our last lawn care team. The back yard is fenced but the previous team was able to get a riding mower through the gate on either side.

We have a single chain link fence gate in the front that enters the back. Probably will not fit a riding mower.

Only looking to cut the front yard and back fenced in area. You can tell where my property line is from the neighbor's mowing area.

Fenced front and back yards with gates to accommodate a 36” mower deck. We have an indoor dog and small kids so we don’t like spraying without talking with us first.

Kind of a slope. Grass growing tall under balcony need to cut it down and clear the shrubs from under.

Fairly steep hill, mixed terrain. Appx 1 acre of lawn to be mowed.

I will not be at the house yet for the first mowing but should be thereafter. there is fence to go around back but should be open and easily accessible. thanks

I have a fence gate that will not allow a large riding mower to pass thru, so a smaller mower would be needed

The backyard is fenced in but is part of my property. As is the fenced in area on the side of my house. Driveway is in the back as well so this needs to be mowed and/or weedeating as well. Also, please cut the grass as low as you can as i can only afford every 2 weeks appointments! Thanks!😊

No fence. About 1 acre.

Rental property; looking for weekly mowing, pruning front privet hedge 2-3 times per season, treating pea gravel driveway for weeds, treating gravel area on north side of house for weeds, keeping vines off house. Gates to backyard roughly 36" wide.
