I was inspired by my grandfather to start my own landscaping company. He taught me the valuable lessons of what it means to build a successful small business one happy customer at a time. Something about the satisfaction of being in business for myself just gave me the confidence to start my lawn care service in Tampa Florida, and looking back I'm glad I did.

I am from Tampa, and I grew up the Brandon area. In attended college played baseball, and studied business, which came in handy when I started my lawn care business. Subjects I studied such as accounting and finance help me take a professional approach to how I operate and grow my landscaping company here in Tampa.

I am a hands on kind of guy which is a must for operating a lawn care service in Florida.. I was drawn to this industry because when I was younger I was in charge of taking care of the grounds for my grandfather's property. It sounds kind of crazy, but I just love the smell of freshly cut grass, especially the St Augustine turf we have here in the Tampa area.

When I was first getting started mowing lawns, I got my first customers through family and friends and then naturally grew my lawn business through word of mouth, and also a little but of craigs list. I like to set my lawn company apart from other lawn care services in Tampa by walking though the lawn after my crew is done mowing the lawn to make certain that everything has been done right, and that the customer is satisfied.

Another thing I like to do is to mow my customers’ lawn on a higher setting the first time I mow. That way if they want it cut lower, I can run back over it. I mean… we can always mow more, we can't put the grass back on after we have mowed it.

My team runs professional grade Kubota lawn equipment, we have a 48” kubota and a 42” kubota. I just bought a 36” walk behind to get inside gates, that way we can service clients that have a small fence opening in their backyard.

My team and I service Brandon, Seffner, Riverview, Lutz, Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills. Most of my customers are bi weekly, and some are weekly. We are mowing 95-100 lawns a week now and are looking to add more lawns in the areas of Tampa Florida that we are servicing yards currently.

Outside of the weekly lawn mowing visits, I will do some minor tree trimming, and Palm tree trimming. My company's philosophy is that we do not like to say no to a customer, if someone asks us to do something we will try and find a way to do it, as the customer is the most important thing in the lawn care business .
