This Pro's Story
Hi everyone, let me introduce myself, my name is Zach and I own and operate Simply Striped. I come to you with a diverse background hoping for you to attain the best yard possible.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have been in the landscaping business for myself the past two years, on and off over the last ten years I have helped friends and family out with their projects and finally decided to venture out on my own to provide quality services to the public.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I only do this part time aside from my career, with that being said I don’t have the opportunity like most businesses do to service tons of customers per year. I typically have a rather small clientele that I am able to pour my blood, sweat and tears in to so that I can give them the best service possible.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I would say that when you’re looking to hire a provider such as my self you are looking to hire someone locally that spends money locally. This year I have started a project called “Simply giving back” it is where we have found a retired veteran or a disabled veteran in need to provide complete lawn care for the entirety of the mowing season at absolutely no charge to them. We feel if they were valiant enough to offer the opportunity to give their life to protect this country that we can lend a hand when they need it.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I enjoy that no matter the day everything changes, you can go from cutting lawns to installing a hardscape all with in the same day.
What areas do you mainly service?
NKY is my main service area with 75% of my work being in Boone county.
