Hello! James Walker here to tell a little bit about myself. I'm a husband, father, fireman, EMT, and now a lawn care professional. My family owned and operated a lawn care and landscaping business my entire life. So I got into it at a very young age. Once I was seventeen, I started running the lawn care side of the business full time. I took care of a wide variety of residential and commercial contracts. And around the mowing, I would work with the landscaping portion of the business to do everything from sod jobs, hardscapes, koi ponds with waterfalls, to tree work and sprinkler systems. Once I was twenty one, I decided I wanted to be a fireman full time and not only be a volunteer firefighter. And so for the last three years I've been pursuing my career with the fire service, while also becoming a husband and a father. Now I have found that I want to be my own boss while also being a fireman, and lawn care and landscaping was the most logical choice for a business because it is what I know and what I am good at. So if you choose me as your Lawn Man, rest assured that what you need done will be done professionally by someone who will not settle for doing a job less then perfect.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have about five years of experience in the lawn care and landscaping business. My family owned and operated a lawn care and landscaping business, so i grew up doing it.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I believe that attention to detail and quality of work sets OCD Lawns & Landscaping apart from other lawn care providers.

Look for a person who will take the time to do the job right!
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I very much enjoy taking a lawn and taking it from "meh" to "wow!". I also enjoy making people happy with their yard, so they may better be able to enjoy their home.
I just had sod put down June 20-28th. It has to have first cut. I am also looking for weed killing and maintenance on that and possible Lansacape completion around the house. On Basic level mowing grass.
