3 days late never showed up. 1 email saying he was late and would be here today...no show. Gave benefit of the doubt for a new person but totally let down. Not the way to build a business just starting. Poor service on first appt, and no show on second. I wish you the best James but you need to learn customer service.

J&J mowing services are really uneasy to be pleased. I think they have an idea of hard-working ethics of their own. I booked them a week ahead. When time of the appointment for their services had come they canceled it due to family issue. One week later they canceled second appointment because their cousin had a baby. And oh, they asked for up-charge because my grass was over 10”. I had no choice but to fire them without even having them done one single mowing on one of my properties. I am speechless. Just wow.

Not a great mow and they didn’t seem to own a weed eater because they didn’t trim or edge anything. However, he was cheaper than the other guys... I got what I paid for.

I am going to try this site one more time. Last year i used this site and the person who cut my lawn quit without notice. Then i have hired 2 people this year and neither one of them mowed my lawn. Due to the rain and no one mowing my lawn my grass is higher than normal. I need someone reliable.
