This Pro's Story
One could say that Cameron Sloan has had a fascination for mowing lawns since he was in the 5th grade. He mowed his neighbors yards in his early days but waited until 2010 to officially start HedgeHogz Lawncare. The middle Tennessee native has now grown his company to 2 trucks and 2 trailers. The Middle Tennessee State University alum has a degree in engineering and is currently finishing his masters in Science Engineering Management.
Cameron and his crew service the Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Smyrna, La Vergne, Walter Hill, Lascassas, and Rockvale area. They have numerous residential accounts and a few commercial properties that they service.
Not only will HedgeHogz take care of your regular lawn maintenance needs, they will also do your pressure washing, mulching, seeding, fertilization, aerating, shrub & bush trimming, and sodding.
When asked how he has turned his business into one of the best landscaping companies in Rutherford County, Cameron explained "We are super friendly and want to give the homeowner the opportunity to tell us what they want." He goes on to explain, " We approach every house differently and try to personalize each visit and leave a good first impression with all of our homeowners."
When Cameron is not out keeping his yards looking beautiful, he loves to travel, play ultimate Frisbee and Frisbee golf, and attend music festivals. He lived in Europe for a year and speaks fluent German.
Cameron also comes from a very athletic family. His mom was an Olympic volleyball coach and is currently coaching Blackman High school in Murfreesboro, Tn. His sister is a member of the MTSU Blue Raiders volleyball team as well.
He recently got engaged to his fiancée, Ariel, and the two love spending time with their dog.
