Choppy Grass

Most landscapers primarily use gas-powered equipment because it's cheaper and more convenient for a business operator. However, due to our commitment to the environment and our customers, we are taking the more difficult step most landscapers won't of transitioning our equipment to battery-powered alternatives. While we strive to maintain a smooth a consistent schedule for our clients, this does mean that sometimes we have to re-charge all of our equipment batteries throughout the day. In this case, it did happen mid-cut which caused a slight delay. As for clippings, it's important to know that on GreenPal (and most landscapers in general) that bagging and hauling off clippings is considered an addditional service, and must be requested for and charged separately. Next time, be sure to let your landscaper know you want this and I'm sure they would be happy to give you a quote. As for the clippings being 'wet', we do notice that you left this review a few days after we serviced your lawn. Considering the rainy weather over the past week, we're not surprised this happened. As everyone can clearly see in the after photos of your lawn, we managed to keep the sidewalks and other walkable areas of your property clear of grass clippings during the time we were there. We had also waived, as an act of good faith, the long grass fee, which we should have charged since your grass was measured well over 10", closer to two feet over the vast majority of your property. While we are disappointed at losing your business over a lack of communication, we appreciated the opportunity to bring your yard back under control. We are certain your next landscapers will have a much easier time maintaining the hard work we were willing to put in first.
