Mustang Mowing is the company I started using my beloved convertible mustang that I never planned on towing a trailer with. I started this business because I wanted to go to the next level of operating and leave the confinement of my neighborhood to go out and serve the public. But to do this I needed the equipment to handle multiple lawns a day and transport said equipment around my city, and in a nutshell that’s how the company was born.

I became started started in this business by just helping my neighbor cut his grass in the summer. It evolved into me starting with some some landscaping work, and getting the idea to start cutting lawns in my neighborhood. I am motivated and an active communicator so you will always know when I will be arriving, what services will be done, and how much I will charge. I also have professional, reliable equipment and can be depended on to leave your lawn looking better than your neighbor’s! I service all neighborhoods in the north Wilmington area in neighborhoods such as Holly Oak, Fairfax, Talleyville, Alapocas, Arden, Bellefonte, Edgemoor, etc. For additional landscaping services I offer mulch, leaf cleanup, weeding, small pruning or trimming, and small tree or shrub removal. Outside of landscaping I am a student at Salesianum School and enjoy running and being outside in my free time.

I have been in business servicing my neighborhood since last spring and this year I plan to greatly expand my business and take my skills all over the city. I got started because I enjoyed mowing lawns for my neighbors and got a passion for making the properties look better. From there I began to acquire all the proper equipment to become more professional and got started as a way of keeping busy in the summers.

My work is set apart from others because I use a wide zero turn mower to lay diagonal or straight stripes that are complemented by clean and crisp edges around all of the customer’s sidewalk, garden beds, and driveway. At the very end when everything is stored away I take the time to use my blower one last time and clear off the customer’s driveway and front porch to ensure no grass clippings are left behind.

I would tell a customer looking to hire a provider like myself, not to overlook my company because of my age or due to this 2020 season being my first official year in business. I ran a smaller scale landscaping service last year within my neighborhood and serviced 3 weekly customers throughout the whole season. I am now up for the challenge of taking on more business and putting in the work to make all of my customer’s lawns look fantastic!

I enjoy this industry because it gives me the ability to work on my schedule, while spending time outside and staying active. It also gives me the ability to help people improve the way their property looks, which gives me a feeling of satisfaction.

I service all neighborhoods in the north Wilmington area in neighborhoods such as Holly Oak, Fairfax, Talleyville, Alapocas, Arden, Bellefonte, Edgemoor, etc. I am also interested in working with customers closer to the Delaware / Pennsylvania state line or even servicing customers just across the border into Pennsylvania.
