I would like my lawn mowed and trimmed with weed eater. I have a 6' privacy fence along the side of house. Just the fron and sides need attention. Not the backyard

The back yard hasn’t been mowed in 3 weeks but front yard only 2. Looking for mowing/edging and possible bi-weekly services.

I have 2 dogs so I need a “ mowing window”….for example the mowing crew would be here between 10am and 2pm on Weds or whatever day/time we agree to.).

There's not much of a "lawn" just some weeds that need to be cut down and a neighbor who has been complaining.

There's no back yard gate on the right and no advance notice when mowing is needed, quiet neighborhood, 2 week mow.

There is a small garden plot in the back that I don't expect any service on. I'm interested in what the pricing difference would be between having a set schedule for mowing vs. going on an as-needed basis.

Land is about 1/4 of an acre. There's a sidegate on the house wide enough to let regular equipment through. While I can't imagine you'd be using like a giant tractor or whatever there's a backstreet that can be used for industrial sized stuff.
