The property is a triplex with two small yards on each side. On side has a large double gate with a lock but the gate can just be pushed open without removal of the lock. the other small yard has a 3 ft gate. please close both gates when finished. both yards a very small.

There is a fence separating the front and back yards. The fence gate is across the driveway. Lift the latch and push to open.

It appears that not all of my lawn was mowed. why its a duplex part of the yard that belongs to me was not mowed and it also seems that the lawn was not cut down low enough.

Rear fence is broken, held closed by a chain, needs to be open and closed from inside the yard, accessible via the front fence.

Gate at rear of property unlocked and big enough for large trucks. Easy to access entire yard. Ignore Pictures of property online - may show fence separating yard - that is now gone!

Property extends a few feet on either side of the fence. On left side (when facing the house) it extends to the stone wall. On the side with the tall/skinny houses, it extends to the treeline at the front of the property.
