Did not come at our agreed upon time. When I contacted him (4 days later) said he had problems with his equipment. Promised to come in a couple of days. He was a no show. Did an okay job, but not reliable.

I booked service March 28th. I didn’t expect to have it completed immediately so I waited 4 days (April 1st) to see if Derrick had done the job. He sent me a pic but it was of the house next door. No problem, as long as I don’t get charged twice it’s ok we all make mistakes. So Derrick said he would be out the next day (Thursday April 2nd). I didn’t receive a picture so I called him. Then he tells me he can’t get to the property until the FOLLOWING Thursday April 9th 10am. At this point i can’t get a refund so I can wait, no big deal. I followed up Thursday night and the next day. No response. Derrick, you should work on your customer service. I could have referred you to all of my clients that I sell homes to.
