Small front and rear lawn

My regular guy had equipment trouble and has not been by in a month. The yard needs help! Trees have sprouted and everything! It's a mess! My poor son and dog can't even play out there!

Looking for mowing, weed eating, edging weekly. Fenced back yard. Large gate on one side to fit riding/standing mower through.

I want trimming along the driveway and walks. As we get to the end of season Biweekly will be fine.

Small gate on the right side of house doesn't latch, stopped by a rock. I do have a dog but she's inside, please make sure gate is secured by rocks when leaving.

There is a decent slope on side of the yard.

Back yard does have a fence, pretty small yard so won't need a ride mower anyway.

Backyard gate is 45 inches wide. the front yard is tiered and there's a narrow strip of grass on the east side of the house. We have dogs that normally live inside, if you see them in the backyard, text us before opening the gate and we'll bring them in

Sorry backyard gate isn’t wide enough for a riding mower. There are flower beds which need to have a weed eater used around them. Also have a swing set in the backyard.
