Hasn't been mowed in 4-6 weeks so need more extensive work for first mow (weed pulling etc). Just need bi-weekly mow after that. Willing to pay more for first job for weeds to get pulled rather than mowed over.

Just interested in having the front very small patch of grass and the weeds that grow around the bushes trimmed. Nothing in the back yard.

Have a slight hill in the front yard. Lawn is not very big however probably 10yds x 10yds in back and same in front at a rough estimate.

There is a front and back fence. I will leave the gate unlocked from the front entrance. I need both back and front mowed. I have a small garden in the back. Please mow around this. Do not cut down. Thank you!

NO FENCE

The left side of the house, (non-street side) and the back are all brick pavers and don't need mowed.

There is a tree stump in the middle of the yard, that you'll have to work around. I'm having it removed next week. Thanks

Need back and front yards done. The lot is a double lot in the city so a bit larger than most.

Very small front yard in front of my steps and sidewalk. The right side of the house by the metal fence. Very small backyard. Push mower is only thing small enough to get into the backyard. Front yard and right side can be done easily with weed eater

Yard is pretty open and small. I'd say less than 1,000 square feet, and there's a hill in the front.

You can get in through to the back yard though to the back yard through the side side fence from the front yard

We have a large gate. The dogs are kept inside unless my husband or I are home and out with them.
