This Pro's Story
Hi my name is Rene Ramos. I am the owner of 3R Landscaping. Been in business going on a year, I’ve been doing landscaping and and lawn services for over 12 years. I started out of high school with various companies. I was taken under wing by a good friend who passed away a while back on the art of Landscaping and design. I take pride in the work I do and I make sure to always keep a close relationship with the customer. I’m always available for your lawn needs.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I got started in high school, I learned from the veterans who taught me the art of designing and mowing yards. I just recently started my own company. Not necessarily better I respect competition, the way I see it is make the your customers happy and not just be a business but a friendship client. I do any neighborhood that needs service. I’ll do what I’m capable of doing, meaning if I don’t know a certain design or technique I’ll learn it and we both can do it. Outside I have a recording studio, I live music and also I coach soccer and have a soccer program I also run.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
The ability to interact with people and get to know them personally. I believe in having a close bond with my customers so that we are on the same level.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Mainly corpus but if I have to I’ll travel outside for a bigger job
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Roughly about 10 years. Then went with my boos on his own and he taught me the ropes or designing. It was just a job at first, but I love to learn new things and he didn’t have very much equipment but he did with what he had. So for me it was fun, exciting.
What areas do you mainly service?
I’m not sure how to answer this, but it’s just me and my equipment. I do have guys who work for me but if only I need them. I’m just a simple minded guy who loves the work I do.
