My lawn was not cut on the day that you sent the invoice. When I reached out you said that you would come today which was three days beyond when the invoice was submitted. However, you did not come today either. These last two times that you were to mow the lawn, you did not but have gotten paid. When I was inquiring two weeks ago about whether or not you cut it, you never responded to me. But you did get paid. I would like refunds for that time as well as this week. I will find another lawn care service after this.

Since childhood, my younger days were filled outside in the yard with my grandparents. We were always pruning, trimming and in general just trying our best to take care of the lawn.
