Said he was on his way, then less than a minute later sent me another text saying he wanted another $100 due to debris in the yard. My office looks out the front window; he wasn't here. I texted back saying he might have the wrong address; he texted back saying he'd confirmed it via GPS. I replied that I was standing in my front yard and couldn't see him - no reply. I also asked what he meant by debris - the grass was under 6 inches, there were no leaves in the yard, etc - no reply.

He texted me telling me he was on his way, then texted me again less than one minute later saying "Hi this yard requires a clean up wich is 100 dollars I can continue with service or you can cancel" - I was in my front room (my office) working when he texted me and nobody stopped at my house. I asked if he was at the right house and he said "I’m here the yard requires clean up". I texted him back saying I was now standing in my front yard and didn't see him. For the record, my yard doesn't need cleaning up - all the grass is less than 8", there's no debris (sticks, leaves, whatever) in the yard to deal with. My belief is he accepted this appointment, and either couldn't make this time work so tried to make me cancel it, or he was just flat trying to get more money out of me.
