This Pro's Story
I started Yard Queen March of 2020 when due to the corona-virus the gym I worked at was shut down. Rather than wait for an unemployment check or a stimulus check, I decided to take my love of being outside and having a beautiful yard and put it to work for myself and others.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Landscaping my own homes for years and with my mother at hers. So 20 plus years. Deciding to open my own company was something that just happened by the grace of God through being laid off due to Corona virus.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Heart, I care about making our work, your yard, look good. That is why I say let us rule your yard.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Communication, we don't know what you want or how you like it unless you tell us.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I love being outside and making neighborhoods look clean. It is very fulfilling.
