Cancelled initial scheduled appointment because cut was not needed. I maintained 2 weeks schedule and they tried to upcharge me because grass was overgrown, probably because they cancelled appointment. Tried to call and get this resolved and was told I need to call Greenpal. I would never work with this "company" again, such a joke.
