We do have a doggie door that our small dogs and cats use so we will need notice before you open gate so we can lock off the door and keep them inside

Normal wood fence. Can only get in the backyard on the left side. We will be home to meet you. Besides yard the bushes just need to be trimmed a bit. Lawn mowed and edged.

Regular size lot. Used to pay $25 for a good job. But the guy went out of business.

U can only get in through the left side smaller gate to use a riding lawn mower . You would need to let me know, as this is an additional gate and is larger and would need to be unlocked. Whoever is moving in the back will need to be careful of my sunroom, glass can be easily broken with rocks.

I will need to be home during the first time of mowing to let you in. Both of my fence gates are broken and will be fixed end of March. However, gate size is about 4-5 feet wide

Front Lawn, Mow, Edge, Trim. Back yard mostly patio with swim spa so little grass. Ok with just week wacking cleanly, if mower is too much. Fenced with side lock gate. Will unlock on day your coming.
