Scheduled date for 1st mowing was 16th no show, no response to text sent on 17th, arrived early on 18th to mow. When did mow was good, not as detailed (ex/grass/weeds were left in crevices of sidewalk) but fast and efficient got the job done. So gave benefit of doubt. I was scheduled for weekly mowing, but next mowing was pushed to the 27th here we are at the 31st still no service and no contact from Wiles.

Not good your guys have not shown up for at less one month. I was also changed for October 15 for a mow that never happened. I now this cause I have cameras outside so I now who is coming and going. would like to know why no one is coming and why I'm being changed for services that are not done.

Wiles Outdoors is a full service lawn maintenance company established in 2009 and based in Orlando serving most of Central Florida.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

I've been in the lawn care business for over 10 years and have always enjoyed working outdoors.

How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

When we service a lawn it's treated as if it's our own. Some of the larger companies get so big that there is no personal touch anymore and we try to personalize the service.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Make sure whoever you hire as the experience and dedication to do the job properly with office help who can answer questions and provide additional services that you may require.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

The ability to work outdoors with my hands.

What areas do you mainly service?

We service most of Central Florida.
