Hi, my name is Joe and I am the owner/operator of Warner Land & Maintenance. Let me help you get your yard looking beautiful or even just cut quickly to maintain code standards for your residential or rental properties.
I am just starting out through Greenpal so that i can take on a few extra jobs/extra work in addition to my regular clients. Thank you for your consideration.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I run a small landscaping company and do most work myself and with one or two other experienced workers. I can service most of the Cleveland area, within up to 15 miles from Shaker Heights, and prefer to do jobs in the Shaker/Kinsman area, including Cleveland Heights, University Heights, and the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. I also do large residential clean up jobs, install flowers, bushes, trees, and grass seed, which we can discuss bidding separately. I am precise with edging and line ups as well as manicuring.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Again, I enjoy making yards look beautiful and satisfying my clients. I would not be in business without them.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Greater Cleveland area including Mount Pleasant area, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, University Heights, Garfield Heights, etc and surrounding areas.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I have been doing landscaping for approximately 30 years. I enjoy helping homeowners and property owners to make their yards look the best on the block.
What areas do you mainly service?
I take my time in manicuring lawns and making them presentable. I have experience with city violations and helping property owners correct these issues. I do all the bids and work myself, with the help of an assistant and experienced helpers.
