How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

I have been in the Lawn and Landscaping business for 9 years. I took a break from it and found a passion helping people in the medical field. My current schedule allows me some flexibility and time to help others in a different way by mowing and trimming yards.

How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

I don’t rush through peoples lawns like typical lawn companies who favor quantity over quantity. This helps limit potential mistakes like scalping or burning the grass. Getting the grass to a healthy height is much more important than getting it as short as possible to last through the week or longer. Larger lawn services tend to lean this way as it makes it easier and faster for them to mow lawns.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

I would advise the customer to contact multiple people and get a feel for each provider. It’s important that both parties have a good understanding and relationship about the lawn and it’s care moving forward. I think having trust in someone who is responsible for a large aspect of the home’s visual appearance is essential. As a trusted member of the Navy Reserve and local hospital I would like the opportunity to gain your trust with your lawn.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

I enjoy meeting new people, being able to take my machinery and create a beautiful environment out of someone’s yard. Making crisp lines and patterns with the mower and having excellent trimming/edging really brings out the best in a home. It’s also quite satisfying to see the finished product.

What areas do you mainly service?

I mainly serve the capital of Nebraska- Lincoln, but would consider other nearby Towns/Villages such as Waverly, Wilber, and Milford
