I was sent a photo that was completely black for work that was supposed to have been done 7/23. I had already texted and called to cancel this service because my husband had to mow the lawn Monday 7/22. I also said you could cut the shurbs only if you wanted to keep the appointment which was several days late with no contact. I went to the property today and nothing at all had been done although I was billed. Very poor communication and follow up.
