Our grass was overgrown, due to a few other grass mowing companies ghosting over the last month. It seems this is an industry-wide issue in reliability. Shaun was in the next day after using the "GreenPal" app. When he arrived, he indicated that he could only do so much, due to the grass being overgrown and the amount of equipment he had. So, he said he'd come back in a few days and get everything done. He showed up, self-admittedly, late, and left early. He charged a lot of money ($173!!) and didn't bag any of the grass, nor make sure the entire lawn was cut, in full. Nice enough person who I'm sure does a nice enough job with simple lawns. For ours, unfortunately, a disappointment based on the rate he charged.
