My problem is it’s hard or you can’t get a riding mower in my backyard because of my AC unit is close to the fence may have to use a self-propelled more. That’s the problem. I know you commercial guys like to ride.

We have a vinyl fence so please careful with the edging.

Recently bought this house, and the lawn is now severely overgrown. Small lot (1/10th acre), completely fenced, no current landscape design. I plan to completely overhaul everything in the fall/winter, but for now I just need a quick mow down.

I have a lawn only in the front yard. In the back I have a couple of shrubs and no grass.

We would like bi-weekly to keep the yard manageable. Would like the quoted $25 rate. If you are charging $27 I would need to have the leaves raked consistently as well.

Service would be for mowing front/backyard - to get to back yard, enter through the gate just to the right of the house (it is never locked). Also potentially interested in some shrub pruning and cutting back of plants/maintenance.

This is the week my yard usually gets cut, but my regular lawn person is out of town. I would like to stay on schedule and I have family arriving Sunday evening so I would like to have the grass cut prior to their arrival if possible.
