Ricky Scott has been in the landscaping business for over 12 years. His love for being outside and working with his hands was a natural fit for the landscaping industry. The Florida native started his own landscaping company right out of high school and once he decided to move to Tennessee, he sold it to a former employee.
Once he got to Tennessee, Ricky decided to join the Ground Guys franchise and has been growing ever since. "We loved what the Ground Guys model had to offer and it was a quick way to get established," Ricky explains.
Ricky and his crew have been providing professional landscaping maintenance service to Williamson County, including Franklin, Nolensville, Thompson Station, Arrington, College Grove, and La Vergne, Tennessee for over 2 and a half years.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have 12 plus years in the landscape industry. Started my own company in Florida right out of high school. Before we moved to TN 18 months ago I sold it to an employee of mine. I have always enjoyed working outside and getting to meet new people
