It was horrible thanks for asking. Marco showed up 2 days later than the expected service. His first excuse was the weather, then the second day his vehicle broke down. I was told he would arrive first thing in the morning on that third day only for him to show up at noon. Once getting home I saw the work was not completed. When brought to his attention he then proceeded to tell me that he had a heart attack while at my house but he was now available to come back and clean up his mess?! Had he communicated with me, I would have had complete understanding. But at this point I don't know what to believe, and I hope his health is well, but I now paid for a service not completed and I get to do the work all over myself. I am definitely not happy with Marco and truthfully don't know that I will be using your search engine again.
