I have a gated backyard that I will leave unlocked on the day of service.

Grass will be long on first cut. GPS sometimes sends people to incorrect location. If it brings you near a Chic-fil-a. Put 313 Church Rd. SW into GPS. Call if you need. There is a gate that leads into the backyard. It will be unlocked.

Fence and swingset around back covered w lots of shrubbery and brambles we would like cleared.

Watch out for rocks. Please use bagger or blow yard and driveway decks etc to get rid of all grass trimmings.

Very small front yard (less than 500 sq ft.) slightly larger back yard with two levels with stairs in between. Total lot size is 5,000 sq ft, but area that needs mowing is likely closer to 3,000 sq ft. Gate at end of driveway to access backyard.

Moved in end of February, so no mowing since then. Some water line construction on street, so more weeds than grass, especially on backyard. No fence to backyard and stream in backyard. Have already signed up for weed control treatment service.
