For the initial mow, cut it down. The grass grows very fast here. I have 2 cactus beds that need to be cut down. There are also two holes in the yard (pine trees resided there years ago) so be careful. You can see where the holes are filled with blocks.

I need front, side, and back yard mowed. It's a very small lot. The back yard isn't completely cleared yet, so it would be mowing as much as you safely can for now. There is a small gate at the street-side of the house for access to the back yard.

Very small front yard (less than 500 sq ft.) slightly larger back yard with two levels with stairs in between. Total lot size is 5,000 sq ft, but area that needs mowing is likely closer to 3,000 sq ft. Gate at end of driveway to access backyard.

Gated small back yard. Very small front yard. Large seated mowers will not fit through the gate for back yard. Would like to add blowing surfaces to service.
