Didn’t show up 2 times. Finally show up the 3rd time & I was over charge. Text Sarah twice about over charge & never got a response back. Cancelling all future appointments.

You and your son need more practice with that weed eater. There should be enough open space at the edge of the yard for water to drain if it rains. Shorten the thread line in the weed eater. That's probably why your leg was whipped. The gate was left open. NO PROBLEM I'll check and be sure it's locked. Not happy I had to mention the issues with the back yard. However, you aim to please so that's a plus. My attitude is I'll always communicate for understanding to avoid conflicts.

Lawn was scalped, almost no edging done and large amounts of clippings left over. Was informed that Sarah was going to come out to make it right but nothing was done.

Hello I sent you a email on the 25th @ scrawford877@gmail.com right after your message thanks for hiring me. This was my reply. Use the gate by the bedroom windows which is by the flowerbed that I mention below. I prefer my yard to be cut as low as possible. The front is mowed from driveway to driveway which includes the flowerbed and a small section by the garageincluded with my property is cut starting at the begining to the end of the fence which includes a small area from the street pole about 10 feet which I've always had mowed. Also weedeat the flowerbed area by the gate you will use to enter the back yard. In addition please be sure to weedeat the entire area just before you enter the back yard by the gate. I do'nt have a full lawn in the back yard and I recently mowed the front and back myself. If you feel a fee required for the special details of mowing the 2 small sections/strip in the front with weed eating the flowerbed just let me know. NOW I WILL ADD what wasn't done. The major part of the front yard is cut entirely from you left section undone and you didn't weed eat the area of the flowerbed which is on the ground in that same section. The area by the garage I had asked to mow the entire area starting at my gate ending at the fence all the way down to the street pole which is a small portion or the yard next to me I've always cut.

After confirming with Sarah multiple times, the appointment kept getting pushed back. I tried communicating with her via text, but responses were late or non existant. I asked if I needed to hire another company because she was unable to come out as scheduled and she told me "absolutely not," that she would come first thing the next day. Only after a week from initial hire date did Sarah tell me that I'm our of her area. I'm not sure why she accepted my house and continued to reassure me that she was coming if that was the case. My lawn was never mowed.

The did not complete the service.
