This will just be for 1904A, the lot that comes up to 9th Avenue. There's a strip of land that goes past the fence in the back to the alley and that will need to be mowed and hit with the weedeater as well.

We do have a fence to the backyard, but gate is easy to get through. There are leaves back there but those can just be cut as well
