How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
6 years experience mowing/landscaping, 1 year solo operating my own business.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I am a solo operator so the person who answers the phone call/text/e-mail, the person who mows your lawn, the person who sends billing.. It will always be me.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Most companies will say they are all about doing premium service but behind closed doors they pay the employees very little while constantly barraging them about being too slow... Until a customer makes a complaint then they get yelled at for not doing a good enough job. This is why I wanted to go into business for myself, I can always do the job to the best of my ability without having to worry about some owner/boss who never even shows up on site to nitpick things from afar.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I just simply love the look and smell of a fresh cut lawn. I prefer working outdoors with my hands and I really love doing my best job and making customers happy.
